Please follow the links below to download all applicable parts of the application. Once complete, please bring your application to the Circulation Desk at the library and ask for the Volunteer Coordinator.
Volunteers must be age 14 or older.
Volunteers age 18 or older must complete the background checks required by Pennsylvania.
Volunteers under 18 you must have a parent/guardian sign the volunteer consent form.
All volunteers must sign the Disclosure Statement.
We do not accommodate community service hours for probation, or any other court-ordered community service hours.
